I will DENY a commission if I'm not given visual references. The more references, the better the result.

If I deem the commission is complex in design meaning that it will take more work than usual an additional 20% charge of the base commission price will be added.

ADD ONS such as characters, props, or backgrounds will be an additional cost.

I do not accept rush orders.

I do not accept commercial orders as of right now.

Personal Use ONLY (NONCOMMERCIAL USE). The client can use the art for personal enjoyment, but isn't allowed to make money from it.

Clients are NOT allowed to use the artwork in any AI tool nor blockchain-associated technology including NFTS, cryptocurrency, or NFT marketplaces in any way. This includes altering the art with AI, feeding it to AI models, or using it to mimic my style.

Clients are NOT allowed to edit or remove the watermark on the commission.

Client AGREES to properly credit the original artist @novaneondream if they decide to post the commission on social media using the watermarked version.

Client IS allowed to use commission for icons, banners, wallpapers, and use for personal printing (not for sale).

All commissions are still MY COPYRIGHT. Client understands they are purchasing my services, not the copyright.

For original characters owned by the client, the client still reserve the copyright to their characters.

I as the artist have the RIGHT to post and use commissioned work for social media, promo, and portfolio.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I'll work on the batch in the order I see fit.

As the artist, I reserve the right to work on personal projects between commissions.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively rude, inappropriate, or violates the terms and conditions. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

For all commissions, all payments must be full and upfront through Paypal invoices ONLY and in USD.

Client has up to 7 days from initial acceptance to make the FULL upfront payment or else your commission will be dropped to respect my time and the other clients in the queue.

If at any point I decide I cannot complete the commission, I WILL REFUND the payment depending on the completed work.

Refunds WON'T BE accepted for commissions that are 70% done.

Refunds WILL BE accepted if line art hasn't been started or if it is 50% completed.

Commission will be fully refunded if line art hasn't been started.

Commission will be 50% refunded if it is 50% completed.

You will be contacted via email as soon as possible upon submitting the request form if I decide to accept your commission.

Commission process will begin once invoice is paid.

You get 2 FREE Revisions in the sketch phase. Every additional revision will be an additional 5$/change.

Everything past the sketch phase will be considered a major change which will be an additional $15/charge. Client will have a MAX of 3 major changes, so please be precise with your feedback.

No major revisions will be accepted once the rendering phase has started.

I will allow minor changes once the commission is completed for things I missed like colors I got wrong, textures, text, but nothing that will affect the major composition of the piece.

Check ins for each stage of the process completed will be communicated to the client via email. Please do not contact me via dm on social media or discord unless I do not respond to your email in at least 3 days.

Commission can take up to 30-90 days depending on my backlog and other projects I'm working on.

Final commission will be sent via email. This includes a google drive folder with PNGS of a watermarked version for posting purposes and an un-watermarked version for personal and private purposes.
